Over the past few years we have used Rowan Fitzgerald auctioneers to rent, buy and sell a house. I can say it was such a pleasure dealing with Rowan and his staff. Rowan always went over and above for us nothing was too much. He gave us great advice and without him we would not have bought our dream home. I would highly recommend Rowan, he’s expertise and knowledge is incredible and he will always guide you in the right direction. I will never forget what Rowan has done for me and my family, we will be forever grateful. Susan Kearns Adare

In the past couple of weeks, I have successfully rented my property through Rowan Fitzgerald, Auctioneers.I hadn't heard of the firm until recently, when a friend recommended them. Without doubt, they are a superbly professional outfit and provided me with a highly efficient personal service. Their friendly approach, access to a wide customer base, attention to detail, I'm in your corner attitude, constant advice and availability and regular progress updates were much appreciated. I must compliment all the staff, Rowan himself, his agent, Vilnis, and admin coordinator, Carmel, a great team. And all at a competitive rate, I'll be back.

We used Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers Auctioneers & Estate Agents to sell our house recently. From the outset they guided us through the sales process, made recommendations to assist in achieving our target sales price and made themselves available at all times to help us with any queries. I could not recommend them highly enough. Ray & June

We have engaged with Rowan from Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers twice now to evaluate properties on our behalf. We found him extremely knowledgeable, helpful, very professional and provided us with an excellent service. We would have no hesitation using Rowan and his team in the future or in recommending his services to others.

Rowan proved invaluable to me in August and September 2016,when I first became a landlord after finally completing the necessary renovations to the family home, after months of hard work and significant investment. The neighbours were very happy with the quality of the tenants that Rowan got in to the house, telling me when I visited a few months later that "you'd hardly know that they were there". Rowan also proved invaluable when two of those tenants moved out, because of a change in their circumstances,a few months later, when he subsequently got two more very polite and respectful tenants in. Rowan also gave me great advice when I had to deal with some unforeseen events in the house in October 2017 and some horrible storm damage (like many other Irish people) in January and February 2018. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rowan to anyone.

Just purchased my house last month from Rowan. Extremely pleased with the service provided. Rowan was easy to deal with and kept in contact frequently. This helped hugely with all the anxieties surrounding buying my first house. Rowan also freed up his time on several occassions for me to go and view the house to allow for carpenters etc. to view and price jobs, before sale was agreed. Dealing with Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers was a pleasure and I would highly recommend him.

Could not recommend Rowan Fitzgerald more highly. As a newcomer to the Irish real estate market, I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Rowan’s expertise, honesty, and patience were very much appreciated and I look forward to working with him going forward.

I highly recommend Rowan Fitzgerald auctioneers. I am a first time buyer and when I rang Rowan he couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. He was very accommodating and even met me on a Saturday at the house for a viewing last August. When I bought the house the first Christmas card I received was from Rowan as well as a beautiful chocolate and champagne hamper. Rowan’s secretary was also a pleasure to deal with. Apologies for the late review. Thanks for everything. 😊 Regards, Barry O’Mahony

I was looking for a flat to let and passed by Rowan's office. I walked back and went in. Rowan wasn't there, so I spoke with the office administrator. She showed me a lovely flat that was just across the road. I had some questions, so she called Rowan for me to speak with him. On our way out of the building, she gave me many tips on places I could have lunch. I ended up finding another flat elsewhere, but the customer service provided was simply great.

We rented a house through Rowan Fitzgerald and found them to be really helpful and professional. Carmel even went out of her way to show us a property outside of normal office hours. Communication is very clear on all calls and emails. Vilnis took time to go through every point of the rental agreement with us and took the time to answer all questions we had. The tenancy agreement itself is very clear and thorough.

I have interacted with Rowan, Carmel and Vilnis during my tenancy and let me tell all of them are as professional as they can get. From understanding extenuation circumstances, making it easy to move, keeping in contact- it was a seamless process. I found it surprising how all my friends have bad experiences when they are moving places but for me it was easy and smooth. I definitely recommend these guys !
