GoogleWe have the best experience with the company especially to Guney who assisted us in looking for a good place to stay. We were scammed on social media looking for a place and lost confidence. We then saw a posted property but a bit anxious about it and then Guney showed us that not all individual are the same. He toured us in the property, he did all the paper works and even the transaction with the Landlord. Thank you for your help.

GoogleFrom our very first interaction, Guney set a remarkably high standard for professionalism and courtesy that continued throughout our entire home buying journey. He consistently arrived ahead of scheduled meetings, fully prepared with all necessary documentation and insightful data that streamlined our decision-making process. Guney's punctuality and preparedness were not just impressive but also deeply appreciated, as they helped us make the most of our time. What truly sets Guney apart, though, is his unwavering politeness and respectfulness. Whether we were discussing properties, negotiating deals, or navigating the often-overwhelming paperwork, Guney always maintained a calm and respectful demeanor. He addressed all our questions with thorough and thoughtful responses, ensuring we felt confident and well-informed at every step. Guney's commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction, making him a standout estate agent who not only meets but exceeds expectations. We could not have asked for a better partner in our property search and are profoundly grateful for his exceptional service. If you're in need of a reliable, courteous, and professional real estate agent, look no further than Guney.

GoogleIt’s been an absolute dream to work with Zen Homes. As a first time landlord I was very unaware of the long and tiresome rules and regulations I had to adhere to in order to get my property ready to rent. Thankfully Güney has been extremely informative throughout the entire process and made each and every step easy and stress free. I Couldn’t be happier with the swift responses and dedication Zen Homes have provided. It was a bonus that he found a tenant so quickly. I would recommend Zen Homes to anyone and everyone that may need a similar service - you will not regret it :)

GoogleZen homes are best in what they do , me and my wife recently moved into a property let by them, the process of moving was made very easy by Guney and Naveed of Zen Home right from the beginning, even after moving in they can be easily reached for anything needed , Both of them communicated clearly and in a freindly manner which helped us move into the property which we liked, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to move in.

GoogleBecause 0 star wasn’t an option I had to give one. Bad experience with one of the agent. He was really unprofessional. We were delayed because of train strikes so we used an alternative way to reach London (we live outside of London), then the Met line ahead of us was caught on fire so we had to change to another line. However before we had messaged the agent letting him know we were going to be late but he had left us on seen, then after a lot of struggle we managed to reach the place then we saw we missed a call from him, then we called again but he didn’t answer but we made our way there then he called again and said you were late and my sister said we messaged letting you know we couldn’t do the earlier time because of train strike delay so you said it was okay to come for the later time. We do understand he must’ve been waiting for a long time and we did feel very apologetic but it wasn’t our fault, nothing was in our hands. We couldn’t fly there on time! Then he said that he had left because we took long and if the tenants let you look around then have a look around. I’m sure you guys know people with anxieties exist right? Why should we go be an inconvenience to the tenants, what if they said ‘no you can’t look around?’ We then left as we were no longer interested cause of the area, it didn’t give us a good feeling which means it wasn’t meant to be. Then as we were walking away he called again and said did you view the place, my sister said no and told him she’s no longer interested. Before she even had the chance to say she was interested in more properties and wanted him to manage that, he said ‘oh god’ under his breath and disconnected the call. My sister was so confused and she messaged him on WhatsApp but he had already blocked her! We didn’t get a chance to ask for more property recommendations. Professionalism wasn’t to the fullest by that agent.
