Couldn't ask for a better Agent than Guney, first met when he showed me around the place I would live in for the next 3 years. In that time many things have gone wrong with the house (broken washing machine, boiler etc...) and that's to be expected. Guney made sure he was always available to us, communicated clearly about what was happening and how long it would take, and the whole time he was friendly and professional. He even went the extra mile one time when I locked myself out 2 days before Christmas and he drove back into London (after going home for the Holidays) to let me in. Great guy, great company. 10/10 would recommend.

Naveed ( & Guney) of Zen Homes I recently (August 2024) switched from a property management company in Islington to a self-run management company, and the difference has been remarkable. My previous company seemed to prioritize tenant preferences over my financial interests, frequently carrying out minor maintenance tasks and invoicing heavily. Got screwed for a project where I paid a huge amount and had to revist and start again. This significantly depleted my earnings. They were the most inefficient outfit and treated you with contempt, with phone calls unanswered. They left me with an unpaid rental of 15K Since engaging the services of Naveed and Zen Homes, it has been an absolute godsend. Most minor maintenance issues are handled efficiently and remotely with the tenants, saving both time and costs. For larger issues, they work with professional contractors, ensuring that repairs are done properly, ethically priced and keeping expenses manageable. Always answered phone calls OR returned calls promptly if unanswered. What’s truly commendable is their fairness and dedication. Their fees are not only lower but genuinely reflect the services provided. On top of that, they often go above and beyond, handling some tasks as a gesture of goodwill and without raising petty invoices. It’s rare to find such commitment and integrity in this industry, and I couldn't be more pleased. Both Naveed and Guney are individuals with good ethics, morals and principles and come highly recommended! Its been 9 months and all my properties are occupied with good tenants who, I presume, are happy with the properties and our new management company Thanks Guys

What can we say .. we cannot thank Guney enough for all of the hard work that he did for us. After struggling for months trying to find accommodation for us.. Estate agents constantly letting us down and even getting to the point of ignoring us to then find an apartment and have us moved in within a week , we will be more than forever grateful. Not unlike so many of us, I dread moving houses. I would in fact define house-hunting as my own personal hellscape, and with good reason: it's tough out there, and the market is overflowed with unscrupulous people. I was very impressed with the service that Zen Homes - specifically the Director Guney - provided. The whole process of viewing, meeting the Landlord, and then signing the Tenancy Agreement was managed efficiently and without any problems. I was guided in what I needed to provide, and well advised when this was necessary. It really did feel like Guney was looking to find the right match of tenant and accomodation. I'm very pleased to have been identified as the 'right' tenant for the accomodation that I moved into six weeks ago. On the morning I signed the Lease, and received the keys, Guney was delayed by traffic; so he drove me to my workplace to ensure that I was not late. I think that says a lot about Zen Homes' Director. Big thanks.
