I used the East Finchley branch, which is seemingly filled and managed by complete incompetents.At the very beginning i was lied to and given false promises my the agent around moving out furniture and repainting and then after agreeing to a longer tenancy with a particular stipulation this was then left out of the agreement. After a week of arguments being threatened and called in the double digits for days, I eventually signed mainly out of fear of losing my deposit and registration fees already paid (one of many threats). This was with trepidation as each call they made it seem as though they were only acting on behalf of the owners; but two days after moving in the owners contacted me, came over to show me the appliances, how the heating worked etc. and gave me bottle of wine and a plant as a hose warming present.The renewal process went just as appallingly, but the only thing that made go through it all was that I love this flat, the owners are amazing and the location is perfect.THEY JUST NEED PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE

Martyn Gerrard have been letting my properties for several years and they have always delivered quality service and tenants. I have dealt with many agents as property developer and landlord and must say haven’t found any to match the quality of MG this far. Recently I was impressed again by Moshi who I believe has recently joined the team. Must say another good addition to the team. Impressed me with his sales skill and delivered what he promised. With 24 hours arranged access, visited the property, completed valuation and then sent me the T&Cs including and attractive rental valuation, all in less than 24 hours. Confident he will deliver the end result as his colleagues have done in the past.
