TrustpilotI have been trying to find a property…
I have been trying to find a property for the past months and the Martyn Gerrard Estates Agency, more specifically Kevin, was the first one that really tried to help me. He has been very helpful in showing me different properties and his communication is great, always making sure my needs were met. Would 100% recommend, great experience!

TrustpilotTenant left after one month and drop…
Tenant left after one month and dropped the keys in the office and said sue me for the rent. The deposit insurance policy which Martyn Gerrard confirmed as being inadequate, did not pay out anything and I am left with Martyn Gerrard demanding two years worth of commission for rental that lasted just four weeks. £5000aporx This is fact therefore not libel.

TrustpilotDaniel Harris is the best agent in the area!
I viewed a number of properties with Daniel Harris - he was by far one of the most professional agents I have worked with and a complete and utter pleasure. Honest, knowledgable and knew exactly what I was after. Unfortunately, the property I had an offer on was let to someone else, but I couldn’t recommend anyone highly enough!

Fatmir really went the extra mile, ensuring viewings went smoothly - and even driving all the way over at 9pm to let me back into the house when my son locked us out.

Yell“Holographic cube” excellent service
So pleased with the holographic cube which I collected yesterday. I took in a quite battered physical photograph from which they made a beautiful 3D effect “hologram” of the image. All completed in less than 5 days. Very efficient and helpful personal service. Thank you ( I am coming back to order another one) . CB of Enfield
