Really professional and helpful agents in a challenging market. Name checking Georgia and Isaac for going above and beyond. Market leaders in Enfield, don’t hesitate to list with them!

Doug, Isaac and Georgia did a great job for us from start to finish. We sold through Kings Group in 2023 and had bought with them a decade earlier. I found them a pleasure to deal with on both occasions. Thanks.

Had a pleasure working with Mesut Soyel who is a Mortgage and Protection advisor at Kings Group Enfield. He assisted my client with mortgage for his own purchase. Very pleased with swift process and excellent communication skills. Would highly recommend.

Terrible

The one positive was that I got an offer at a price I was relatively happy with - but the sale never went through. This is after over half a year, just a reminder this is in London the hottest property market in Europe. Bryn blamed the client, the clients lender for not having the right mortgage even though a quick google search showed me the way forward. So should I pay to then do the work myself? Also after I explained the service was not good enough, I discovered the window left open in the flat and a serious problem with the wardrobe was never reported - I'm not sure the agents actually go in there to show the prospective buyers. Still waiting to find out what I would be paying for. Thankfully there are many estate agents in the area - way too many. Raphael

Kings are great. They found us a buyer quick, and generally performed a lot better than our other local agents. Recommended.

I found working with Kings very slow

I found working with Kings very slow. I would regularly wait days for email responses and if I called I would always be told I'd get a call back which never came. I'd have to ring/email over 3 times each time to get contact. When I spoke to the manager about this he got quite defensive and told me they legally have over 10 days to get back to emails - what use is that?! I ended up buying the property through them because I loved it so much and had no choice but it turns out none of the heating works in here which they obviously were not aware of - or worse did but didn't say! Overall not a great experience at all
