Googlevery unprofessional..read my review..basically i need a 3 bed property.i went there and met with ash..she took all of my details and everything..She told me it’s perfect for 3 bed property..Then she arranged a viewing with us ..we went for viewing and the landlord was there as well..i spoke to landlord and explain him how many people will live there..landlord agreed everything fine..ASH told everything okay..and she sent me an offer letter..then after 1 week they told me it’s not possible to give this property cause 5 people are not allowed in property.. my concern is if not why they and landlord agreed with me about this??for this i declined so many properties..its totally unprofessional ASH..don’t take review from people by own self lol🥱🥱..

GoogleI have been a long time customer of Haarts for property management (at least 15 years) and the service has steadily gotten worse to the point of frustration where nobody ever returns calls or responds to email since before Christmas. Kandene Ayton has since taken up my case and has been exemplary in response and getting things done. I hope she stays and I dread the spiral down in quality if she leaves. 1/5 on my terrible experience the past few months... But a solid 5/5 for Kandene. Overall rating of 3/5.

Michaela, stood in for Nikita, on the day of my viewing and she was extremely helpful and informative too. Would definitely recommend theirs and Haart's services. Jack runs a tight operation there. GoogleMy worse experience ever, I dealt with this branch last autumn. Very poor communication with the manager, after a couple of messages I am still waiting some news about my deposit. Not recommended at all unless you put everything in writing.
