From the very first phone I placed, I felt at ease and assured that my move would be handled well by haart. Tanika took on my referral and was with me through every single process - even when there was no process, she always said that I could call if I had any queries. She always let me know when she would be in the office or on leave. If she was away she would mention any of her colleagues names that would assist me in her absence. I never felt as though I was left to manage things on my own. This shows the spirit and importance of team work between tenant (myself), landlord and agent. Haart had helped me sell my flat. After liaising with other estate agents that had failed to find a buyer, they were lots of problems with my flat that I wasn’t aware of. Haart had liaised with solicitors, buyers and ensured that all parties were kept updated and worked together to make this happen. Starting with Adam who found my buyers and Jack who kindly convinced me they are the one estate agent that will see me through with my sale without forgetting to mention Lia who was at the centre of it all taking the pressure and frustration from us all, they all acted most professionally and I will take every opportunity to recommend them. Hi, Haarts estates sold me the bungalow and I was very happy with Adam who showed us around and answered all my questions and had no problem in replying to any of our queries that we had. I must say that Leah from the office helped greatly as we are pensioners and not very good on computers, she done a lot of work for us to understand what was going on with the sale. Haart came on top of the agencies I had met, as they were fully receptive to the specifics of my requests for the property sale mandate. While the commission was higher than other candidates, so was the promise of service. The expectations were set high, met and exceeded. A responsive team, an excellent end-to-end service, thanks to the internal mortgage team, speed when required. Haart Enfield has certainly won me over.
