I am a first-time buyer and was overwhelmed with the amount of information there was to take in but they were so helpful through each stage and provided me with amazing information and support. It's great having such a great estate agents so close by. I'll definitely use them again next time I move!

Stay away from them. We’ve been with them for 2.5 years and most recently they turned out to be lying to us and to landlord too. We pay rent on time and they keep hold of the money. It even happened that they didn't passed money to landlord for 2 months. They telling us that landlord request us to do this and that and then landlord calls and says he never said anything like that and he's happy with the way things are, apart from agency services as they been nothing but lying to him and to us. He will now terminate his contract with the agency. They even asked us not to talk to landlord so we wouldn't find out what's going on and threatened us that we have move out if he leaves the agency, which is not the truth. Lying manipulating group of people. Spare your time and don't sign anything with them.

I would highly recommend Equity and Darren, Kane and Helen at the estate agency. I was the buyer of a property that Equity was selling on behalf of a seller. The team are very approachable and go above and beyond to get the job done, I was always able to contact them and I am very pleased with the way they handled the sale of the property. From the start of the process, through to completion Equity was absolutely excellent and I felt very fortunate that I had such an attentive and dedicated estate agent managing the sale of the property. Equity was very communicative throughout the whole process. I received regular updates so I knew what was happening at all stages. I honestly appreciate your patience and expertise. The updates would come sometimes even out hours, which was hugely appreciated, particularly as a first time buyer. In addition, if I ever left a message the team would always follow it up promptly. I would certainly recommend Equity to a friend or family member. Thank you so much for helping me buy my home. I must say your knowledge and Kane’s talent for negotiation was excellent. I will be returning when I need to rent my property in the future! I am incredibly grateful that I had to deal with Equity as the sellers agency. Thank you again for all your help!

Equity put the property on the market and a buyer was quickly obtained. Equity provided regular updates to ensure I was abreast of the status of the sale. Due to delays on the part of the buyers solicitors, Equity intervened by assisting with communication and clarification regarding outstanding queries. Both Helen and Darren worked tirelessly during the final stages to ensure a timely exchange and subsequent completion.I have previously sold another property through them in 2017 and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.Thank you Equity!!
