Having experienced his knowledge, energy and enthusiasm at the first meeting I thought this guy is too good to be true. However over the following weeks he did not disappoint at all. He kept me informed at all stages and he dealt very professionally with all aspects faced. His positive attitude made communications enjoyable and easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this person to represent you in the house market. In fact I hope someone does need an agent so that I can give a trouble free recommendation. This man is an example of what an estate agent should be. Castle are in a different league all staff have between 5 to 15 years experience All started with David to book a valuation appointment than Stephen's come around and was more realistic with his estimate and honest feedback no empty promises . He said they get our property sold in 2 weeks and yes he did we only had few viewing in that time conducted by a very pleasant and professional Ashli and Experience David. All viewing were very promising and we did receive an offer very quickly. The have the best communication and you feel they care and value you as a vendor. They also recommend the best Conveying solicitor. All in all go with them you won't regret.
