These agents are a first class act so do not bother going anywhere else if you want a 5* service. They will not let you down . After using them for not only the management of a rental property but also for the sale of a property on day 1 it suddenly dawned on me what a totally inferior service I had been receiving for many years from a previous agent! Noff, Stephen ,Anna,Jackson & the rest of the team truly go above and beyond for their clients and I can’t thank them enough for everything that they have done for me. After a personal traumatic year my anxiety at times often got the better of me towards the end of the sale but I had complete faith and trust in Noff and his team and they steadied my nerves and guided me through to the end with such empathy and kindness. Whilst the ultimate professionals, they are a friendly , likeable bunch of people whose conduct , feedback and service to their clients is second to none .

We have just bought our property, it’s has been so amazing how supportive the team at Enfield Castle. They know what they are doing, also they have a great knowledge as you can imagine. When you are looking for a house, you do get to deal with different agency when viewing properties. It’s very straight forward with any questions you ask. We talked to this company to rent a house. We visited the house and then we waited for a return from the staff named ashli, but there was no return. After an uncertain wait, I called the company and they said that the house is still rentable, then I said I'm waiting to hear from you, and then someone else rented this house :) Isn't it funny? I guess we don't want to give you this new system house, but we can't say why. let's say the house was best rented by someone else :) my experiences are negative.
