GoogleMark was excellent from start to finish although only met him twice we built up a good relationship over the phone will miss talking to him he was more helpful than the solicitors that sold my property would highly recommend bairstow eves especially mark .

They are fully behind the client and make the sell or buy very smooth. To pick up the phone or sending emails and to get a reply straight away always helps. Keep up the good work guys.

GoogleToday i expericed one of disrespectfull fone conversation with manager of this place ,i have requested to vi3w a property at this estate agency,they told me to leave my contact and will get back to me but never did and then i start calling them back 4 5 times and keep telling me that they will call back and today i called with private number and they answerd my call and i told them why do you tell me that you going yo call back but never ,so at the end the property has been sold and i have not raised my voice or got angry i just told them that its not fair in what tbey are doing telling ppl lies ,and told them they shpuld improve there costumer service and the manager i spoke was like blaa bla bla and closed the fone then i called back and i told him how rude he is and he said that i was shouting at him why should shout and yell , Poor service poor attitude

GoogleWe had help and support from Andreas with our mortgage requirements. Andreas gave us full support throughout the process and kept us up to date with the application process. Even dealt with the agents during offer stages. We would recommend using Andreas for mortgage advice.
