It is quite remarkable how good the service is that they provide, especially my direct contact Mandy. Every time, things were always sorted out promptly and sympathetically. It is not only refreshing to have such efficient service but also for it to be hassle free. Very impressed.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Since the takeover of my original estate agent HPM, I have had nothing but grief. Lack of professionalism, understanding of processes and ability to answer the phone or return promised phone calls (especially on nearing of closing time).

Always friendly and polite especially the young lady Alexandra from property management. She's always so understanding and happy to help with anything. GoogleLeaders have been managing my properties for several years and I have always had very good service. I mainly deal with Mandy Hall in the Emsworth Office and she is always professional, efficient, helpful and patient. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. On the strength of the service that I am given, I am very happy with the way my properties are managed.

GoogleJohnson Wood have been looking after our two properties now for about eight years. One of the properties was sold last year and it all went through smoothly. Our remaining property is fully managed by them and we have nothing but praise for the work and effort they have put in. GoogleVery rude staff over the phone. Don’t call you back when they say they will. And not particularly bothered about resolving your query. A training course in basic customer service wouldn’t go amiss!
