GoogleI used Cubitt and West for the purchase of my first home. Being my first home I was very new to the process but after having an initial chat with Tom, all of my queries and worries were answered. He went above and beyond to point me in the direction of the best mortgage company, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help guide me through the purchase. He was professional, honest and friendly, and I would absolutely use his service again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNot my agent and they may be OK. But this company keeps sending me letters on how to sell my property. I got three last week all the same letter. I looked at one of their properties online as it fits my criteria for my onward purchase and noticed the width of the bedroom was only 1.78m yet there was a 2m bed! Lounge size wrong too!!! Whoops!!!!

GoogleSadly, another run of the mill estate agent who are only interested in driving prices down and scaring customers with suggestions that Brexit will cause prices to drop. Only able to offer "extra marketing" months after the start of advertising in exchange for a price reduction. Good luck finding a good estate agent, they are hard to come by!
