Initial thoughts

We have just started our journey with Liden Homes and I hope it continues in the positive way that it has started. We registered our interest and within hours we got a Call from Rhodri and he has been ever so helpful and informative since. We went for a visit and he showed us around the Show home and site, answered all our questions and provided lots of helpful information and documentation.

My sales advisor rodh was very helpful in helping me as a first time buyer. Viewing the properties were helpful and rodh was knowledgeable about the site and area which helped us narrow things down. Easy to get overwhelmed with things but rodh gave us written information on things, videos to watch and followed us up till the end. Even tho we didnt buy with linden i felt supported and well informed! Thanks again!

Colin turned a disappointing key-pickup experience into a true 5-star service!

​I recently bought my new home at Quantum Fields in Littleport. My initial experience with the estate agent when picking up the keys was really disappointing. It happened quickly on a very busy road, communication was difficult, and it just felt like a rushed "hello and goodbye" moment. I didn't expect flowers or champagne, but picking up the keys to your new home should be a special moment, and it felt really weak.

After hearing so many bad experiences about new builds in general we were a bit nervous when we started looking at buying but everyone at the willow woods site is great! The sales rep Damien is lovely and so helpful throughout - Checking in with us, explaining the processes and chasing others when necessary. Also just great to have a chat with! The site manager George was so knowledgeable on our home demonstration and clearly sets a great example for other site members as they have all been very friendly. The few minor snags were sorted quickly thanks to Jason and Luke. Very happy with our house and experience and would definitely recommend this site to others

I’m just starting out on this journey to buy what I’m guessing will be my last house and it’s from Linden Homes at Linby Meadows - my last hurrah 🎉 my husband is indulging me with this our last adventure 😳 into the world of sellers/buyers & estate agents we are both in our ‘later years’ so some would say ‘it’s never too late’ luckily we have been dealing with Dave Tinsley (a man with a lot of patience and good advice!!) who’s been brilliant 🤩 so far so good - will update you all as we move further ahead (hopefully!!) 😂

Had a viewing for shared ownership properties soon to be available and Damien was great. I had quite a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them all, nothing was too much for him. He showed us around all of the available plots so we had an idea of locations on the estate. He showed us around the show home but also left us for ten minutes to look for ourselves, which was lovely as we didn’t feel like anyone was breathing down our neck. I feel very confident that I will be supported through the process when I come to start it in the new year! Linden Homes Damien is a credit to you!
