GoogleVery poor service for the vendor. We went to view a property in Littleport they didn't ask our details, phone no, whether we'd sold etc. The vendor could have been showing anyone round. Also no follow up for vendor, no phone call asking us what we thought- nothing. The vendors will be wondering why its not selling.

GoogleChoosing an estate agent can be worrysome but Keeleys are a lovely estate agent to go through. Friendly, polite, and also very responsive. I cannot fault them in any way and was sad to leave. They also made my check out process very smooth! Highly recommend :)

GoogleWe were renting a property in Ely through Keeleys for a year. I must say it was a refreshing experience to the usual treatment you get in Cambridge. Lovely and helpful staff, no crazy requirements or outrageous fees.

GoogleAs a potential tenant, you would have thought letting agents would be prompt in arranging viewings. Sent several requests through Rightmove and they haven't even bothered to respond. Obviously don't need tenants then!
