As a letting agent we have always found Keeleys friendly, responsive and professional. When we first moved in we dealt with Sharon who always managed all our queries in a timely manner. This continued when she left and we dealt with Hayley and Vickey. The team all tried their utmost to insure repairs etc were managed quickly and professionally, this wasn’t always an easy task for them due to matters beyond their control. We used Keeleys to help us sell our dad’s rental bungalow after he passed away earlier this year. We selected them purely because they had always dealt with the lettings side of things for my dad and he really loved the people in the office who he used to regularly pop in to see for a cup of tea and to chat, and to share a joke with! He spoke so highly of them for many years. In terms of the sale, the service we received was absolutely first class, genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A sale was agreed fairly early on at a price better than we were expecting so we were very happy with that. Then things dragged on due to the buyer having a few issues but Matthew and Andrew were so on the ball with it, helping things progress despite the difficulties with their firm but fair approach. The thing that stands out for me the most is that they would happily call me in the evenings, after hours, to update me, and also absolutely every single time I called them (which was quite a lot over several months!) either Andrew or Matthew would answer the phone. That almost never happens now, you either wait ages on hold or get voicemail or directed to emails. There was plenty of correspondence via email as well when needed, but to know they were always there to speak to as well made the whole process feel so much better. They are really sensible guys in their approach and you can feel their years of experience when it comes to handling certain situations. They well and truly earned their fee, which was agreed at a very competitive rate. Thank you Matthew and Andrew and also thank you to the lettings team for always being there to help my dad over many years, it really meant a lot to him.

I am rating your services a single star and this are my reasons, Your company evicted my MD from a rented facility under your care without a tangible reason and has refused to refund the house deposit under unjust allegations that the property wasn't properly cleaned, we cleaned the house twice professionally and presented proof of industrial and professional cleaning yet you've refused to refund the house deposit of almost a thousand pounds. We're are forced to legal actions against you and your establishment because this transaction is beginning to seem fraudulent and manipulative.

We were the tenants for a property managed in Ely. The experience with letting agency was horrific, while they squeezed out every bit of money even at the end of the tenancy by finding excuses. Winters were harsh, as the property didn't have any insulation in general (including under the carpets). And with very old storage heaters the bills were very hefty and unaffordable. Kelley’s have managed my rental property in a Ely since 2010 and I am delighted to say that the relationship has been excellent from the beginning. 7 years on ( nearly 8!) I have never had cause to complain nor have I ever had a need to do anything but confirm what Keeley’s suggest in regard to my property. The property is monitored and maintained to the high standard I expect and the tenants have always been ideal. The best letting agents in Ely by far. We had viewings with three agents before settling on a property through Keeleys. While the other two failed to communicate important information for viewings (or even have the bloody keys for the property), through the whole process Keeleys were incredibly communicative and clear.
