From the very first viewing through to agreeing both our sale and purchase, the team at Cheffins Ely have been outstanding. Joe Pluck has been fantastic throughout the process. He has always been approachable, honest and professional, taking the time to keep us informed and answer any questions we had. We never felt pressured, and his communication has been excellent, particularly during what can be a stressful time. We also really appreciate the work of the sales progression team, especially Kelly and Neave, who has been proactive in keeping everything moving and explaining the next steps as we progress towards exchange. Buying and selling a home can be an emotional experience, but Cheffins have made it feel organised, transparent and well managed. Ashleigh has been brilliant throughout. Ashleigh communicated really well. I came across a couple of issues with the Sale, one only minor, the property was being used as an air bnb and had bookings but was resolved so quickly, another one involved someone masquerading as my daughter to get access into the property ( this I took up with the Police at my end). This was dealt with so efficiently. Rebecca and Ashleigh communicated really well during this difficult period and put me at ease straight away and re-assured me. The communication was second to none, making sure I was ok. Thank you so much again Ashleigh and pass on my best regards to you and all of your team.

Jackie has been an absolute godsend when it's come to buying our first house. Both solicitors on either side did not help this dreadfully stressful situation. All I needed to do was pick up the phone to Jackie and she sorted it all in no time at all. I got more information from her in a 5 minute phone call than I did from my solicitors in 4 months! I would fully recommend Justin Cooper who does EPC work for Cheffins. Justin is a very polite and professional person. He gave me fabulous advice, and he is very personable. Justin goes out of his way to be kind and helpful. He is industrious, and well mannered. He is a very effective communicator and I fully endorse him. Thank you Williams or supporting and assisting, going well beyond, the difficult sale of our property. Without Williams the sale would have failed on at least 2 occasions, But without Karen (and I am sure others behind the scenes) it would have definately fell through. I know people may think that they had to do it to get paid, but had it fallen through I would have stuck with Williams because of their support and going beyond was exceptional. Halfway through, we decided to stay at our property as some land came up for sale next to the house (which is what we were looking for).
