Very helpful set of guys here mainly worked with Mark. I had a hard time organising buying a house as i work 6 days a week as well as lazy legal team but Mark and the others kept in contact helping out and encouraging those legal guys to hurry up. Im just glad my chain was just me for my first house and the women i bought from going straight to a new build i wish all people buying homes a stress free time 😅

Had excellent service and communication from both Mark, Property Valuer and Adam, Manager at the Ely Abbotts. We met Mark for our first and second viewings of the Property we ended up buying, he was prompt, patient and sure knows his stuff!. Abbots made the entire process their end as smooth as it could go, they kept us updated constantly, and helped us get witnessed copies of IDs to Solicitors. Constantly telling us to reduce our price then (even to below our minimum that we could take for our house) when we eventually pulled out - didn't collect their sign at the front of our house despite my telling/asking them to. Wouldn't recommend Abbotts. (The sign is still here)

I recently contacted these guys in order to book a viewing on a property in which they were marketing. From the initial phone call, 2 forms of booking confirmation, meeting the lovely Mark at the property, to being asked for feedback on the next working day, the whole process was seamless. I didn’t feel pushed in any way when I said that the property wasn’t for me. I was encouraged to get a valuation of my property, of which I took them up on. Jack came out and gave his honest opinion and informed me of the estimated price of my property. This was followed up by an email explaining how he had come to this figure, using his research to support his figure. All in all I have been impressed with the lovely nature of the staff and the casual approach. They have left the details for me to mull over, making me aware that they are here if needed. No pushy salesman approach insight. If you are looking to market your property please consider this company!
