I truly found Forest Marble a pleasure to deal with . It is rare to find an estate agency team who give such attention to detail, from instruction to completion. You only have to look on the estateagent4me.co.uk comparison tool to see that Forest Marble is on balance the best agent in the area in terms of their high success rate, low fall-through rate, average speed of sale, and how often and close they come to achieving the asking price. With 24/7 access for buyers, a fantastic video and great photos, Will and Aaron found me a buyer within a couple of weeks of marketing. Put our property on with Purplebricks originally, was on for over a month with no real serious viewings etc. Nick from Forest Marble approached me and explained what they could do.
