Irfan was the most helpful agent I’ve come across whilst we were looking to purchase our first home. Although we did not find our home through Savills in the end Irfan went above and beyond to help us find a suitable property with regular contact and really understanding what it was that we were looking for. I’m hoping that when we come to buy our second home Irfan will be the one to sell it to us as I can not rate him enough as an agent.

Emails were always responded to very quickly, there was attention to detail and everything was done to ensure things progressed as smoothly as possible. We recently purchased our beautiful new home through Savills, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the very beginning, Irfan Reza was our dedicated agent, guiding us every step of the way. He showed us the house we had our eye on (multiple times) and expertly handled our offer and purchase process all the way to completion. In a time when there are so many different people involved in a house purchase, having a single point of contact made everything so much easier and more reassuring. With so many new names to remember, agents, solicitors, insurers, mortgage advisors, and more, it was incredibly helpful to have Irfan there to streamline everything. To say we were impressed with Irfan’s service would be an understatement. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, open and honest. He was always down-to-earth and easy to communicate with. Throughout the process he kept us informed with regular almost daily updates and even when things weren’t moving as quickly as expected, he made sure we were kept in the loop, reaching out at least every Friday to give us a nudge or just to check in. Irfan worked tirelessly to ensure everything moved smoothly, always keeping the momentum going. When we finally completed, his excitement for us really showed, he even sent a text on a Sunday evening to see how we were settling in! Long story short, we now know what a 5-star service from an estate agent looks like! We’re incredibly grateful for Irfan’s personal touch and professionalism, and for the wonderful team at Savills. Savills have been truly amazing in this very long journey we have had to buy our beautiful home. Jamie and Sarah were nothing but patient and encouraging when things were not going well. I had worked at Trinity Square, Gateshead, Newcastle Upon Tyne for a number of months and I had the pleasure of working alongside some fantastic colleagues however, this was massively disappointing when at the time the site manager Tony Pickering was the most pompous, narcissistic, dishonest, arrogant and obnoxious human being I have ever met in my entire lifetime and I would never come back here not even socially as this was one of the most toxic & immature working environments I have ever worked at. If I could give anyone any advice do NOT work here.

Savills and Gabriella in particular have been very helpful every step of the way throughout the whole process. I was the buyer in this property purchase transaction, and although Savills were obviously representing the seller, I feel they have been fair and constructive when we hit some roadblocks along the way and they facilitated the dialogue, which was much appreciated. Gabriella is energetic, straight to the point and efficient but also very perceptive and supportive, which is a great combination. She will also go the extra mile to find the answer to any request/ question you may have. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely use their services again.

We have been renting through Savills for 3 years now and have had numerous property managers through that time. Jack Iveson has been our property manager for a year now and has been simply incredible, for all issues no matter how big or small. We recently had a huge issue with the drains and he was amazing, advocating on our behalf to the building managers, coordinating all the drainage teams and being nothing short of relentless meaning that the issue was sorted a lot quicker than it would have been without him.He is always available to us, very responsive on emails, updated us regularly wherever possible and is the only property manager we have ever had that has actually picked up the phone to us!Thank you so much Jack, we are hugely grateful to you! I purchased a new build property that was marketed through Savills . Although the transaction took longer than anyone involved would have liked , I found that Irfan who was my main contact was always acting as a valued intermediary between buyer and seller , and with the respective solicitors . It is easy to fall into the trap of assuming the agent is mainly taking care of the interests of their client who has appointed them . However , as the buyer in this transaction I never felt that this was the case . Irfan was professional and patient at every stage , and the level of communication throughout was appropriate but not intrusive . Our rental search came with complications - a non-standard financial profile and specific requirements for the right property. Chloe handled both with patience and professionalism throughout. She was responsive to every query, no matter how detailed, and proactive in keeping things moving. Most importantly, she guided us through a vetting process that our circumstances made genuinely challenging, advocating on our behalf and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. What a terrible untrustworthy company

What a terrible untrustworthy company. They are responsible for Talbot Green Shopping Centre and they have employed SmartParking , an immoral and corrupt parking enforcement agency to monitor the parking there. After a couple of email exchanges with someone at Savills they stopped responding and refused to call back my enquiries. They are only interested in revenue from parking charges. Further showing why high street shopping is dying, because of Savills decision to use a highly dubious parking enforcement company that is completely without morals and acts illegally. I wouldn't trust them as a company at all.
