Ivanka helped me move property within the same building (surrender existing lease and switch to a new one) with only a 2 day overlap. Both properties were marketed by Knight Frank. She made what could’ve been a very stressful task, easy and smooth. She supported me every step of the way. She was both courteous and professional. I’m very happy with my experience, as I really wanted to switch flats and that process was only possible because of her hard work and commitment.

What a lovely team you all are, from booking a viewing on to all the exchanges and emails inbetween with Helen Waddilove. We saw the house and Helen instantly booked us in for a viewing and from then on she made the process easy for us. She took all the stresses out of a very stressful time and managed to keep everything ticking over in a calm and professional way. She truly is brilliant at her job. We are now exchanged and we couldn’t be happier. Knight Frank are professional and effortless to work with. If we ever move again we will only want to pick up the phone and ask for their services.I’d like to say a big thank you to PJ also who works at the stow branch she was very kind to us.

We have been renting a house for 5 years now that is managed by Knight Frank. They have been excellent agents! As tenants, it has been so reassuring to know that any issues raised will be attended to immediately. They have also been a very fair in handling the renegotiation process of our tenancy agreement. I must mention our excellent property manager Ahsan Sarwar who has been super responsive and helpful, and also the contract co-ordinator Scott Eddy who handled our re-negotiation very professionally. They consistently find reliable, trustworthy and long-term tenants for me and manage the rentals with expertise. They are always courteous, enthusiastic and professional in their approach. I would put in a special mention for Debbie who has helped me, with great warmth as well as professionalism, over much of my properties ownership period, first as a sales negotiator and more recently on the tenancy renewals side

I highly recommend Knight Frank that has from the very start been very attentive, responsive and very kind and serviceminded. That goes from the searching for accommodation where we had great communication with Nathalie and Katie - and Nathalie organised a very good sighting. During contracting the communication was excellent ant almost all times of the day. Finding our apartment the team has been very helpful with fixing initial things that needed sorted. Mo has been excellent in responding and taking care of all things that needed taking care of.So all in all a very good experience and I would use them again another time.

I enjoyed talking with Scott via email, and I found him very helpful and co-operative. My communication was only through emails, he usually responds to emails very quickly with a proper solutions to my concerns. He seems quite supportive and positive in the favor of Tenants when dealing with landlord. It might be good to consider giving more authorities to Scott when he is dealing with landlords regarding apartment's facilities in a favor of Tenant; for instance to renovate or change them in particular when the tenant is about to renew the contract and expects some sense of co-operation from landlord.
