My tenancy is still ongoing but I wanted write this review because Knight Frank has been very good so far. In particular, Rachel Yang (Property Manager) is very good to deal with. She is polite and listens to issues. She has tried her best efforts to help me with issues and helps get to a good resolution (or compromise with the landlord). She acknowledges where contractors, plumbers, etc are being difficult and takes charge to get things done. I really appreciate her efforts and services. I hope I continue to receive good service from Knight Frank! I have dealt with other agencies before but they are definitely better than the others.

Our agent Toru shows himself always available and he does he’s best to solve our issues quickly and effectively. Like recently with a malfunction in our boiler that was solved in the same day. GoogleKnight Frank helped sell our house (which was marketed immediately prior to the pandemic hitting) and performed fantastically throughout; we invited several of the "top" agencies to present us with sales strategies and Knight Frank's was by far the most compelling proposal - both in terms of understanding the local market, the idiosyncrasies of our property and the likely buyer. Their thoughts around pricing and the likely buyer were proved completely accurate within 3 weeks of marketing the house with feedback provided throughout on viewings etc. It seems obvious, but the Knight Frank personal were highly professional (and punctual!) throughout all viewings and took the time to really understand the property so that they could answer questions from buyers fully, giving reassurance where necessary - having viewed many houses ourselves during this period for our onward purchase, there are a number of agencies out there that do not tick these seemingly simple boxes and you should not discount the negative impact this has on buyers. We know from other friends that have sold that Knight Frank might not be the cheapest on the street, but like so many other things in life, you get what you pay for - we were very happy to pay a fair commission for the proactive and professional service we received. We would highly recommend using Knight Frank if you are looking to sell your house and if you're very lucky you may be covered by Sophie Major, one of Knight Frank's Senior Sales Negotiators. Our sale was a protracted one (due to our onward purchase) and Sophie kept the process - 10 months, from start to finish! - on track, maintaining a positive outlook throughout and keeping the whole chain engaged. Sophie was the only one that didn't give up at any point and it is a testament to her attitude that we were finally able to exchange contracts.PositiveQuality, Professionalism
