I've engaged Knight Frank for a long time to rent out my flat. Mostly positive experiences, they are good at finding paying tenants. KF contractors are a little pricey but it's the same across many agencies. Latterly, Ewelina Calka in Baker Street office in Marylebone has been very good to work with, and patient in handling various tenants and repairs.

I am not rating a 5/5 as Emmanuel in management is not timely with addressing concerns: example reported no hot water Saturday and we didn’t hear back until Thursday. This is less than acceptable.
