Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

We cannot fault James in any way he is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, gives a straight answer and can be relied upon to find the right buyer for the house. Luckily we also had Tom Knowlden on the team selling our house. Tom was very helpful, responsive and understood the situation we were in at the time. Together they found a suitable solid buyer who could proceed quickly and the sale went through in 6 weeks. In our view this was a phenomenal feat given these times and we could not have done it without them. We can't recommend the KF Cobham team highly enough and would most certainly use them again.
