We have had a great experience with Hamptons. Abi really paid attention to our requirements and found us a suitable property, the move into which, was managed seamlessly. Response and ANY communication within 10 mins, if not immediate, and all dealt with professionally. Night and day difference from any estate agent we have dealt with in the past. Definitely recommended.

Appalling, they cant turn up for the viewing, fail to even let you knowingly that they are late & then send another member of the team - again late - who has no information & asks to review the property alone - I would never look at a property again if it was being sold by this company- so disappointing

We have just purchased the most idyllic property through Hamptons in Stratford-Upon-Avon and we cannot thank Jacob Forster and the team enough for helping us achieve this purchase. Although it was only a short chain there was issues that Jacob was instrumental in resolving.

Hamptons international in Rickmansworth is by far the best estate agents I have come across I have experience unfair trading from other agents but jack quoroll was very straight forward and helpful all the way I had no issues at all over all a very good experience I would totally recommend !!

Jenny and Jack at the Rickmansworth office were excellent when we were looking for new tenants. This is the second set of tenants we have had and in both cases the service has been professional and the communication very clear and timely. The price achieved was at the top end of the range and 25% more than recommended levels from other local agents. Would recommend Hamptons

The staff at Hamptons in Earlsfield are second to none. Caroline, the manager, goes above and beyond the average lettings agent. She ensures that everything runs smoothly from the beginning of the process right through until the tenants move in. Her assistant, Vita, is also wonderful. She is friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that both tenants and the landlord feel happy and confident with the lettings process. I thoroughly recommend Hamptons in Earlsfield to other landlords as Hamptons have plentiful good applicants and the office support makes everything seem easy.

GoogleIf your looking to rent avoid! Had a viewing lined up and drove 10 miles to see the property only for letting agent (Nick roberts) to call as I was outside the property (30 minutes before viewing) stating that the current tenants had decided to remain for another year! Worst organised estate agents, no apology. Avoid.

We have recently sold our house through Hamptons. We have found them to be most professional and so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They were always available to answer calls and kept in touch regularly. They are very knowledgeable about the local and wider market and were spot on with advice on all house selling related matters. We would certainly highly recommended Hamptons if you are selling a property.

I moved to UK for a new job. I thought it would be a daunting task to find a place with my work responsibilities. But I was able to secure an apartment, move-in within the first month itself thanks to Hamptons!!!Hampton's staff is very helpful and responds promptly. They made sure that the process is smooth from the offer phase to checkin phase. I really liked their web page, online payment portal, the checkin guide and the mobile app. I am grateful and would highly recommend Hamptons!

After a poor start with various property managers, we finally worked with Joe Sanders who was excellent and very reliable. Our overall experience with Hamptons was good but it depends who you are working with. In such a large company you find yourself in a ‘too many cooks’ situation!

Alex Foster and Hamptons made my experience of buying my first home a really enjoyable one, when most people find it the most stressful thing they do! I had seen multiple houses by the time I saw Alex, and she was great at listening to my exact requirements, so much so that my shortlist down to the last 2 properties were both Hamptons. Alex also went above and beyond not just throughout the sales process and exchange, but also after completion to make sure that I was settled in and any other issues that came up she dealt with head on.. I almost felt like I had a superhero auntie for 6 weeks in Alex! The team at Hamptons make sure that they get to know you on not just a professional level, but understand you personally as well to ensure they really are matching a house to your personality and lifestyle. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team and I will be coming straight back when I purchase my next home.

The agent was very prompt in responding to my request to have some issues looked at. The maintenance man came to look and said he would send in his quote. This was over a week ago now and I have not heard a thing. Some issues raised with the maintenance man when he was here were at best met with an apathetic “can’t do” approach.
