Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

They let us down when buying our first house and on day we picked keys up and my solicitor told contracts been exchanged and we can go down and pick keys up , only to find the people who sold me house was still in and they didn't move out till 5pm and they handed me the key so very unpleasant experience, and reedsrains wasn't interested.
