I thought estate agents these days were all pretty much the same, take a few pictures, put your house on Rightmove, show a few people round, then get paid when it eventually sells. But, after going with someone else to start with, I've now seen first-hand quite what a massive difference a good one makes. Don't be put off by the 'online' part, Mel and Karen delivered a quite excellent, bespoke, hands-on service from start to finish. Always on the end of the phone, always chasing people on our behalf, always there for advice and help, from the first meeting right through to completion. Regularly checking with everyone involved, estate agents, solicitors, sellers, buyers etc, to make sure everything's progressing as it should. I've dealt with some rubbish estate agents over the past few months. These girls are a breath of fresh air. Genuinely cannot rate them highly enough. Honestly, you'd be mad to go with anyone else, particularly the so-called 'big boys'. Keep up the great work, ladies!

From the very first meeting with Karen, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and care that they demonstrate. This continued with Mel and the well organised viewings, handling of the offers, right through to completion. They proactively kept me updated on progress of the sale throughout which certainly took a lot of stress and worry out of the process. I couldn't have asked for more and would absolutely recommend them!

GoogleFrom the start Sell Well delivered excellent service. They were there at every step from the start, and even more when things didn't go smoothly. House moves can be very stressful but even more so during the unknown of a pandemic. But they did everything they could and more.
