We take all feedback seriously and always aim to provide a professional service to our clients. This rating appears to come from an individual who has not engaged with our agency for over a year and who previously posted content that was removed for breaching Google’s review policies. We’ve reported this to Google for review. We always welcome genuine feedback from our current clients and encourage anyone with a real concern to contact us directly so we can address it promptly.
