GoogleSiubhan has been great and her mum who was the person to show potential buyers around my property, answered all my queries with regards to selling my property and very professional at all times. When speaking to other members of the team they have also been very professional and gave information in a format you would understand no jargon. The media photos and advert at a very high standard and published on the major online housing sites. GoogleWe have used your move Elgin branch for years as our letting agents. They are very thorough and look after our property. If there are any issues they contact us promptly to resolve them. GoogleAs a long-distance, absentee landlord, let a property for 14 years using Your Move's (and their predecessor agency in Elgin) fully managed service. Now, Your Move have just sold the property within 24 hours of advertising! Daniel, the manager, has been involved at both agencies for most of the past 14 years and he couldn't have been more helpful both with his advice and with hands-on sorting problems out. The lady that showed us around the property was so friendly and helpful which made it a nice experience. I dealt with Siubhan in the office and cannot thank her enough. She was so friendly and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole purchase was made so much less stressful by dealing with nice friendly professional staff who it was always a pleasure to speak to. GooglePlease excuse the nickname above! We have been letting with Your Move Elgin for a number of years now. We have been very happy with the service. Daniel and his team are very professional, responsive and helpful. In the past year we have had to be in regular contact with the team due to a change of tenancy and some work needing done at the property. Daniel and the team have handled all elements of the process very proficiently, making finding a new tenant very easy. As we live some distance from our property, it is important to have someone reliable nearby to organise work/repairs and deal with tenancy issues promptly. GoogleHaving never sold a property in Scotland my wife and I were completely out of our depths but fortunately we contacted Your Move Branch Office in Elgin. Immediately we spoke to Nicoya Milne-McLean who put all our concerns into prospective and we felt the stress lifted from us. Nicoya arranged a convenient time for her to visit our home and complete the normal measuring etc. Within days the photographer came and took numerous pictures and videos of our property. Within approximately 10 days the Home Report was completed and the house was listed for sale. Within 10 days we had two viewings and both submitted offers to purchase. We chose to use Your Move solicitors and the sale is progressing. We can without any doubt recommend Your Move Estate Agents. Without the superb knowledge, professionalism and reassurance given to us by Nicoya Milne-McLean, Siubhan Ufer-Norte and all the other members of staff at the office my wife and I would have struggled to cope with our house sale. We thank you all.

GoogleI am a landlord whose property is fully managed by Your Move, Elgin Branch. I recently renewed the tenancy and dealt with Danie. Daniel was professional throughout and made sure I was kept continually updated on all aspects of re-letting the property. Some work was needed on the property proper to re-letting and Daniel was very helpful, providing good local points of contact for carpets and helping with getting a new oven delivered and fitted. I would recommend them if you were looking to rent out a property.
