GoogleI have had to change my rating from a 5 star to a 3 star. The service has dropped significantly over the last 6 months or so. The local branch staff are excellent hence still 3 stars however, they are let down severely by the parent company Bathgate Lettings who deal with the maintenance of the property. They are failing both their landlords and tenants. The time has come to look for a new letting agent.

GoogleWe have rented our house through YourMove for around 10 years and recently decided to sell. The process was super easy and really quick. The house was on the market for 1 day! Great communication, great customer service. Thanks to Daniel Watson and Siubhan Ufer-Nolte. Definitely use them again.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Your Move in Elgin and we cannot recommend them enough. It only took a week to get everything sorted for the sale then they dealt with all aspects of it from bookings to view and negotiating with the buyer. Nicoya and Siubhan really made it personal and Colin sorted our mortgage out on the other side of the sale. Everything under one roof really took the stress out of the process and they were always on hand to respond to phone questions or emails. Excellent experience and if we do move again we will be coming to Your Move Elgin again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleYourMove estate agents are the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The best way to describe the staff & company as a whole is to list adjectives: * Incompetent * Inept * Unqualified * Unskilled * Unreliable * Error-prone * Clueless * Inattentive * Lazy * Unmotivated * Disorganized * Forgetful * Poor communicators * Unprofessional * Obstinate * Abrasive * Flippant * Callous * Insensitive * Domineering * Inflexible * Milquetoast I'd recommend avoiding them, unless you enjoy headaches & stress.

Daniel has been great in keeping us informed ,especially as we have been dealing with things from a distance. GoogleAfter the estate agents not telling the solicitor that I have a buyer for over 3 weeks I had to pay the solicitor extra to make the sale date and move into the new house before my new job started. Also when I asked my estate agent if I should contact the solicitor myself to tell them the buy of the new house will be on that date, they said they will do it just to not do it, which ended with the solicitor calling me and having to rush that too. And now some other stuff is coming up 5 months after the sale. Do not recommend what so ever, if you want to keep your sanity.
