GoogleMy experience with Grigor and Young was almost five years ago now. However, after a brief check on their webpage I was surprised to see the Associate Katie Kennedy still employed there. I approached her to start my divorce proceedings and her efforts in keeping me updated were (I'll try and be polite here) sloppy at best. It wasn't until I sent her a further hastener email that Peter Brash picked up the email in Ms Kennedy's absence (this is about 18 months after initial contact with Ms Kennedy), that my divorce was completed in less than a week. Hats off to Mr Brash though, Stirling job, in record time as well I'm sure. However, Ms Kennedy, she really let the team down on this one. Not even an apology or explanation to what happened. I award Mr Brash the three stars, Ms Kennedy zero.

GoogleAs I look back now after 3 years of pursuing satisfaction over the mishandling of my mothers estate by another firm I appreciate the efficient manner in which it was dealt. Peter Brash’s wise counsel and patience although sorely tried on occasion resulted in a positive outcome. I have used the services of Grigor and Young on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the efficiency of the firm.

FacebookI have been using Grigor & Young since I was 21 years old and 16 years later, I'm still calling up Douglas Delaney to assist me. I have never experienced anything other than extremely professional and prompt service. Two house sales and soon to be 3 house purchases on and I've never once considered using a different firm. I will always highly recommend Grigor & Young and Douglas Delaney especially. Sharon in reception is also fantastic, like Douglas goes above and beyond each time. Both vital members of the team in my humble opinion. Many thanks for many years of support and guidance.
