Our arrival was well prepared with a reserved parking space & Jemma gave us an informative tour selecting an appropriate range of residences without any sense of pressured sales. We also appreciated a pleasant lunch following the tour.

We arrived and were greeted at the door, offered coffee and cake, then taken for a swift survey of accommodation almost completed at the Binswood property. Details of the services provided and approximate costs were explained in addition to the handouts listing the prices of the various types of apartment. All appeared to be well finished and efficiently managed.

Polite and courteous sales and staff. Carolina in particular was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions without hesitation. She gave us a great insight into what living in an Audley village would be like.
