Cannot be trusted:They will state they do not intend to build anymore houses next to yours when you’re buying your house and then will apply for planning permission using private contracted planning companies (e.g. DLP planning) seeking to build a further 95 houses, subjecting you to a building site for five years and devaluing your property. Planning:They build streets that are too narrow with driveways that cannot fit two small vehicles on them. Garages cannot hold a single vehicle. They place manhole covers, access points and multiple service hatchways at random points throughout gardens. Gardens are of extremely poor quality. Shambolic after-sales service:After two years Jones Homes will refuse to answer any communications or deal with any issues relating to the building they built. Before this two year period the work carried out to correct issues relating to building was resisted significantly.They do not maintain the surrounding green spaces as directed by the council.
