I'm happy with the whole process I have had with Sandoes. Easy enough to book an appointment in which they contacted the estate agent of the house I was buying and produced a very detailed survey. Then my house buyer was recommended to use them to survey my house - easy enough to sort out an appointment. Julian was very respectful of the property and answered any questions I had. Thank you

Although we didn't end up renting the property advertised by Sandoes, the experience was great! They go for quality over quantity, meaning they give you the time to view the property at your own pace - there's no rush or stress about having to hurry up because the next viewers will arrive shortly. Henry was really patient and answered all our questions, and he's very friendly too. Should the opportunity present, I will work with them again.

Very happy with the service from Sandoe's. Henry was very helpful in getting everything sorted out quickly and Julian delivered the report quickly and took the time to have a long conversation with me about the property that was extremely insightful. Would recommend.

We actually didn't end up going with the house we saw with these agents as it was too far from work but the house was lush and I was so impressed with their system of showing one person at a time and giving them 24 hours to decide as renting can be such a horrible competition and this felt very kind and ethical. They're super friendly too. Flag good practice when you see it!

Would be less than 1 star if I could. They arranged via my estate agent to survey a house I was buying. Wasn't notified if they attended the appointment.. had to call to check. Then nothing... Had to call to chase and was told the report …
