GoogleWe had a great experience with VMH who marketed our flat and undertook conveyancing for our sale and purchase. From the initial marketing package and strategy to the negotiation and legal process, we got efficient and smooth service and good results. We were pleased to achieve over home valuation at a closing date and would not hesitate to use them again. A professional outfit and our second time using them.

GoogleI couldn't recommend VMH more highly. Less than 24 hours before we were due to settle the vendor threw up a lot of uncertainty and Robin pulled an absolute blinder to get us through the door in time. Lovely team, incredible diligence and highly motivated to work on your behalf for an incredibly reasonable fee. Thank you so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe chose VMH because they were nearby and had good reviews, and are absolutely delighted that we did. Everyone was lovely and as helpful as possible, and especially so given the COVID-19 crisis. All of our emails and questions were answered promptly and the issues we had as a result of the government lockdown were resolved with no problem.

GoogleWe were recommended VMH by some friends and for good reason. Having spoken to a few other estate agents, we immediately felt a confidence in VMH's approach and could tell they were a step above. We weren't disappointed. Everything with the valuation, marketing, viewings and conveyancing was carried out with a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

FacebookEven though everything connected with our home purchase took place online (because of Covid-19), and even though we were residing in another country, working with VMH was easy. Robin Hill, our solicitor, made things easy to understand. The adjectives coming to mind are considerate, responsive, and professional. Thank you. GoogleWent with VMH for buying our first house after a friend recommended and the process was excellent. Happy to answer questions (some probably obvious) and everything was completed well in advance of deadlines. Stacey and Nicky took the stress out of the process entirely. Would recommend.
