We chose VMH because they were nearby and had good reviews, and are absolutely delighted that we did. Everyone was lovely and as helpful as possible, and especially so given the COVID-19 crisis. All of our emails and questions were answered promptly and the issues we had as a result of the government lockdown were resolved with no problem.

We were recommended VMH by some friends and for good reason. Having spoken to a few other estate agents, we immediately felt a confidence in VMH's approach and could tell they were a step above. We weren't disappointed. Everything with the valuation, marketing, viewings and conveyancing was carried out with a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I can't say enough about how professional and supportive these guys are. We had a really challenging situation with a foreign deposit, but they handled it swiftly and very professionally. Highly recommend!

Even though everything connected with our home purchase took place online (because of Covid-19), and even though we were residing in another country, working with VMH was easy. Robin Hill, our solicitor, made things easy to understand. The adjectives coming to mind are considerate, responsive, and professional. Thank you. Friendly, efficient, great advice, excellent price structure, what more can I say. Best company around and we looked at others first. Thankfully we went to VMH in the end.

Went with VMH for buying our first house after a friend recommended and the process was excellent. Happy to answer questions (some probably obvious) and everything was completed well in advance of deadlines. Stacey and Nicky took the stress out of the process entirely. Would recommend.

Such a professional team, always on hand to answer questions and provide advice from marketing through to the sale. Can’t fault Kevin, Philip, and everyone else supporting the purchase and sale. Having used an online agent and (terrible) cheap conveyancer in the past, VMH have surpassed all expectations and I can’t recommend more highly.

Difficult sale with buyers endlessly complaining about every detail and hesitant about sale. Lawyer chased up and pushed through sale but 3 months after original date.

We had the pleasure of working with Caron Henderson for the purchase of our home. Since we were handling the purchase for another country we needed to trust the person working on our behalf. Caron did an excellent job, assisting in tricky areas, and ultimately closing the deal with everyone happy. Thank you.
