Thank you for your feedback. All of the claims we receive are carefully reviewed by a specialist Personal Injury Solicitor. Unfortunately there is no automatic right to compensation and in some cases, where there is no legal defect or no evidence of negligence, we are unable to pursue a claim.
We would be more than happy to discuss your claim and explain our decision on this occasion.

TrustpilotProfessional & Friendly
They've been extremely professional and extremely friendly so far, which I really value as a client! They might not have the answers every time I phone up, but they have thus far always managed to come up with a solution to an issue that I face, and they are genuinely interested in fighting my corner.

TrustpilotOur recent property sale was the third…
Our recent property sale was the third one Thorntons have done for us. Like the first two, it was completed professionally, and achieved an even higher price above the upset figure.
The eastate agency operation is extremely well run. Our solicitor was excellene personified, and moved the transaction along quickly. We sold within a week, and achieved concluded missives two weeks thereafter. In this day and age, quite remarkable!

Dear Ms Watson
I am sorry to hear that your experience with Thorntons hasn’t met your expectations, this certainly falls below the level of service we aim to provide. I would be happy to discuss your comments further if you would like to contact me on the details below.
Many thanks

Thorntons are very professional and responsive with the properties they let. Any queries are handled promptly and effectively. I feel safe that they are managing this property on behalf of the landlord.
