From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. Throughout the sale his support team did everything they needed to do to keep me up to date with any progress and fed back from the potential buyers, if I had another home to sell I would definitely take to Ashley and his team at Strutt & Parker.

From that first call with Ian, and through all subsequent engagements, we were made to feel as though we were their most important clients. Communication is clearly a cornerstone of the Strutt & Parker service, and we were supported with regular advice and updates. Disappointing feedback was always accompanied by thoughts and suggestions how to tweak strategy to optimise the next opportunity. Dealt with Douglas Orr on the sale of our land near Aberdeen. He was so helpful and kept us on the straight and narrow at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and if we emailed him he always responded. We were delighted with the speed with which he achieved a sale for us and how efficiently he did processed it. When there was a wee hiccup in proceedings (not Douglas's fault) he let us know promptly and sorted it without any drama.
