Having achieved a good sale value Nicky has passed us onto her legal colleagues to complete the conveyancing; they have a high level of customer service to match.

The staff were very helpful at all times and made what was potentially an emotionally draining experience extremely straightforward.I would particularly like to single out our negotiator Steph who was extremely diligent and secured a significantly improved selling price during the negotiations.

Everyone in mov8 worked very hard to manage the selling of my property, which went through within 2 weeks of being on the market. All the staff have been very helpful and provided excellent service at all levels and the negotiations were handled very smoothly by Allan. I will recommend mov8 to others.

Really impressed so far - there was always someone to answer my call/queries pre sale. Once my flat was on sale, I was assigned a dedicated contact (Megan) who kept me well updated and handled all the offers/negotiations of sale. The fixed-fee value for money is the icing on the cake. Very happy.
