Mov8 provided a fantastic service, their availability in terms of opening hours was a big help. The valuer got his pricing and marketing strategy absolutely perfect and the negotiator did a fine job getting a good price.I used to use the traditional type of solicitor however in future I will use MOV8 due to the fact their prices are competitive and the service superior.

Great service to date, easy to get set up quick response and service. Property sold within a few days. Currently waiting until move in date for buyers. so far no hitches and would recommend. Only slight thing if anything is location of their offices to drop of keys. Could do with a drop off service in city centre rather than the Gyle.

This is a very forward thinking company, utilising the shift in technology. We particularly love that we can use our IPads and FaceTime to prove our identity, far more convenient than popping into office. We are also delighted to have our house under offer after our first viewing, even before it reached search engines. Would recommend if you are technologically aware. Thank you.

Their quick response and nice service makes me clear about what happened in each stage. In addition, the marketing is straightforward and effective. The fee is reasonable. Excellent end to end service for selling my property in Edinburgh. From the initial meeting at the property to home report, photos and marketing completed within a week.Another two weeks later and multiple viewings later we accepted an offer 10% over home report value. I can have no complaints about the Mov8 selling team - straightforward, effective and for a fixed fee.
