GoogleAvoid. Waiting over a week for responses to emails, poor attention to detail and general lack of customer service during purchase, despite committing to fees upfront. We have missed our date of entry because of these issues.
We are very sorry to read your comments and that you feel you have not received the high level of customer service for which we set ourselves. Our Operations Manager will be in touch with you directly to try to resolve this to your satisfaction.
