GoogleI've paid ~3k for everything and barely did anything (except visits). I think it's a really fair price for organising everything from start to finish with little input from myself (i had moved abroad). I'm very happy with the service, mov8's people were good at their job and easy to reach.

I chose Mov8 from the 3 estate agents I’d invited to my home to discuss its marketing and sale as they made the best pitch detailing how they would approach the sale and focussing on their high ratings for customer service.Once the sale process kicked in however, there were no further occasions where I was to experience this customer service, instead I encountered regular failures to respond to my emails, complete lack of meaningful updates on progress which I constantly had to chase for, and many excuses for this including failed a failed telephone system and the fact that they were extremely busy with other clients. A bizarre reason to give to a paying customer.My impression of Mov8 is that it’s a company that is built on a pre-defined set of email templates and trigger points, staffed by a very busy team who follow those templated but offer little in the way of value of and seemed to lack any understanding of the stresses involved in this process for me as the seller.I have sold 4 houses previously and this is the first time that this hasn’t involved me speaking at any stage with a qualified lawyer. I am still waiting for a response to an escalation email I sent in October 2020.One thing to add. My house was marketed and sold at a very good price within 2 weeks of being advertised. The weeks prior to this, and months following it were painful when dealing with Mov8. I would not recommend them.

Initially our experience wasn't so good there were a lot of emails from different people within MOV8 it was difficult to keep track however once proceedings got to a point where Maryanne our paralegal got involved things improved immensely.

The Mov8 team was very attentive and helped move the selling process along smoothly and in our case very quickly. They understood our needs, which were to achieve a realistic guide price and early viewings.
