GoogleMonarch, and Marianne in particular have been fantastic in the process of us selling our family home. Marianne made it seamless, always at the end of the phone, day or night, and nothing was too much for her. GoogleAs a first time buyer with little knowledge of the buying process and a head full of horror stories from friends and family, I expected my buying experience to be difficult and stressful. Thanks to Annemarie and Maya, it was the exact opposite! They communicated with me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions, no matter how big or small, within a day. I was given very clear instructions on what I needed to do and they took care of everything else. Highly recommend for any other first time buyers who are nervous about buying thier first property!

Google10/10 service. We used Monarch Legal when selling our house and buying our new home and it was honestly so straight forward. Special mention to Marianne who from the start, was amazing. She answered any questions we had, no matter how small they were and she kept us thoroughly updated during the whole process. She was absolutely amazing!

FacebookIt was such a pleasure to work with Monarch Legal for the sale of my flat. The initial call from Marianne instantly put me at ease with the process. She was so friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. She got the flat onto the market super quick!! And thanks to the team of people showing potential viewers the flat sold super quick! It was then Annemarie and Michael that dealt with the legal process - well they were also superb! Super efficient and communicative! I knew what was going on all the time. They were always contactable and easy to speak to. I would highly recommend Monarch Legal and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Annemarie was stand out among the legal team - beyond kind and patient, incredibly reassuring and the most efficient paralegal in the west. The whole process was done within a month with zero stress with Annemarie at the helm. Would happily recommend monarch legal to anyone in the future.

FacebookThere is something a little different about Monarch. Anyone can say they go above and beyond or that they give grade A service or that they are a friendly helpful bunch. But actions speak louder than words and as an estate agent in the local area I use the services of Monarch because they are quick to respond to me and my clients. They do go that extra mile to get the job done and they really are a great bunch of people to be around. If you are looking for legal support then I would definitely recommend them. They have some great properties too but that didn't come from me as in that respect they are the enemy 🤣. Can you believe that another Estate Agent would leave such a glowing review for the competition. Well I just did and Laura Shields, Marianne Frew & Michael Connolly all deserve it. FacebookNot sure where to start with the service I have received from Marianne and Kevin at Monarch. After going through a rough start to the year I was now ready to start the process for remortgaging into my sole name and needed the help from legal professionals. I approached Marianne to help me with this as she was recommended when working for a previous company. Marianne was very supportive, caring & meticulous through every stage of the process and made what could have been a very stressful time, very relaxing and straight forward. Kevin was super at responding to correspondence no matter what time of day or night it is & explained every step of what was happening as soon as he knew - there was no surprises. Thanks to the professionalism of Marianne & Kevin, this whole process has been a lot less daunting than I expected & I will forever be grateful for them making this process as enjoyable as it could be. Highly recommend.

GoogleI recently sold a tenanted property through Monarch Legal. I was very impressed with the manner in which the transaction was handled. This was not just an ordinary sale and did have some quite frustrating elements to deal with from external parties. Marianne and Maya were very helpful and efficient in dealing with everything and ensured it all went through successfully. I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe used Monarch Legal for the solicitor side for selling and buying our new home after a recommendation. Calum Mackay at the Glasgow Office completed both sides and I could not sing his praises enough! We had a tighter than usual timescale to complete on our sale and purchase our new home but he handed it professionally and with ease and we’re now settled into our forever home, thank you Calum!! Also a quick shout out to Marianne who helped us initially with our selling, she was great and would absolutely recommend them both in future.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Monarch Legal enough for all there hard work and dedication to help my partner and myself to get our first home. They provided us all the information we needed and always helped us when we were not sure. Calum was really helpful, was always quick at getting us the answers to our questions, Calum was very polite and always had a great customer service voice. Sarah was also really helpful and always happy to help.

GoogleMonarch as my solicitors when buying a house: My experience with Monarch was sub-par unfortunately. I felt as though I had to constantly chase Monarch for documents and information, even up until my move-in day. There was one day in particular, I was trying to get in touch and saw on social media that they were sipping champagne and wearing face masks in the office. This was most concerning. I think it’s obvious that it’s a rather young company, so next time I will be looking for a company that is a bit more professional with their approach.

Communication was very clear and continuous throughout the process. GoogleMarianne has been so helpful getting our properties on the market and finding us a buyer, especially during a time when the market was so slow. What we really appreciated as well was that the costs were all laid-out up front, there have been no hidden charges to worry about at all. Am still going through the process of actually finalising the sales, so will update this review to discuss the legal side of Monarch once all missives clear. But experience has been great so far!

GoogleAn extremely smooth process from start to finish. We sold our house - was on the market within a week with great photos and we were pleased with the marketing process. We also used Monarch for our purchase of new property. Marianne was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
