I dealt with JLL regarding a UKPC parking charge issued at The Broadwalk Centre in Edgware, where JLL/Centre Management were asked to review the matter as a goodwill and proportionality issue.

Extremely disappointed with JLL CAFM’s attitude. They act as facility managers of Tandem Centre (SW19 2TY), but when actual support is needed regarding CCTV footage for a theft that happened right beneath their cameras, they prove to be completely helpless. Refusing to help is appalling customer care. Don't rely on their presence or cameras for any real security.

I am a customer of JLL which is the agent of the purchase and rent. During the tenancy , I met a lot troubles with the current tenant ,for example about the early termination of the tenancy and the special way of rent payment. Only with the professional and patient assistance of the agent Yezi LI , I have been able to go through smoothly . And I am confident with JLL because I know JLL can provide services that I can fully rely on.

GoogleA truly dreadful company. From the very beginning, the process of introducing the property was riddled with deception. I was given verbal assurances that the house had no issues whatsoever, when in reality there were serious problems, leaking central heating, damp and mould, and significant water damage on the walls. None of this was mentioned in the emails. If you try to lodge a complaint, good luck, you’ll find the phone lines impossible to get through on, and any email complaints are completely ignored. False advertising, broken promises, utterly useless staff, they offer no solutions, only endless delays. Avoid at all costs.

They are terrible agent. They charge you v high fees and all the repair is doubled or tripled. And they didn't handle things well , no close follow up. I end up doing everything myself.

Charged over £100 to return a treadmill that was substandard. On collection only one delivery person who complained that it was not strapped to a palette which he then did himself ( reported he had picked up a number of these treadmills). Company had asked for item to be fully assembed to return which is unusual. Flippant responses to complaint. Unable to confirm how much return would cost until item received. Poor quality and poor customer service. Avoid, very costly return policy.

Megan was very proactive, helpful and responsive. She initially reached out to me when one of the flats I had an eye on had a tenant fall through. Since that moment everything was very straightforward with Megan been in touch through every step of the process and helped to ensure everything went smoothly in a short period of time.

A good overall bike - stable and easy to use. We had a broken part which was quickly replaced - use the website contact form as we had no reply to the email. Broken parts does seem to be a theme from the reviews. Putting it together was challenging as some parts require a lot of force while others (the monitor) is incredibly fiddly. Not recommended if you’re under 5 foot 5. I’m 5.4 and have to stretch to reach everything.

This agency employs men who behave in a sexist and unprofessional manner. In 2025, there’s no excuse for a workplace culture that tolerates that. Buyers and sellers deserve to deal with agents who treat all clients with respect. I would not recommend this business.
