Thank you for taking the time to leave your review Lukasz. We are sorry that you missed your viewing appointment with us. We can confirm that we had sent out an email confirmation of the viewing appointment on 22nd February 2023 and then called the morning of 23rd February 2023 to confirm your attendance. Our viewing agent advised that there was unfortunately no attendance at the property at the viewing slot time and therefore moved onto the next appointment in their diary. The viewing agent had been at the property for some time prior as we carry out viewing slots so that each prospective viewer has their own time within the property to view. We are unsure if you were perhaps in the wrong location as when you called the office, you stated you had been waiting for 10 minutes but did not advise on your location when we were asking to check to see where you were waiting before you ended the call. We find it helpful to receive feedback to allow for us to review and take any necessary steps/actions to better improve our level of service. We are sorry that you had difficulty with the online application form on our website. If you are happy to contact us directly to advise on the exact time that you had difficulty accessing the online application form, we can check with IT to see if there was any issues at that time. We have since undertaken some quality assurance tests on the online application form and found no underlying issues so it may have been a drop out of internet connection etc but would be grateful to find out more from you if possible to better improve our quality of service. We also have a contact form on our website. It would have been helpful if you could have used this to send us a message to enable us to then look into this, and if an issue was found our end, resolve the issue for you to then fill in the form.
