Lots of errors, didn’t even seem like they had viewed the property. Paying a huge amount of money for such a poor report, which I had to then take a lot of time to review and send feedback to ensure it was correct. Not great service.

Arrived for the Home Report visit promptly and took off their outdoor shoes. Courteous and precise. explained what they were doing and discussed and explained the eventual contents . Office staff replied timeoulsy and very efficient. I would use again without hesitation.

I've used DM Hall a few times over the years and found them very efficient and responsive. I particularly liked that Mike took the time to give detailed information regarding things I'd questioned in the report. I wouldn't look any further if I needed a Home Report again.
