TrustpilotCompany doesn't value "rural"
The valuer never asked us any questions about the local amenities and got his information from something called Streetcheck.co.uk which does not appear to record anything for rural northwest Scotland - they might as well write "here be dragons" for all the use they were. We could have said there are two outlets for groceries in the village and a GP surgery 10 miles away. The air ambulance can get us to the nearest hospital within 30mins..
Hello, we are disappointed to hear this feedback. However, we trust everything was in order with the final report and all other aspects ran smoothly.

Trustpilot99 high street
Feel like a lot of the number twos he put on home report were speculation by saying need to look into this further most about dampness and roof as I bought this only 3 years ago and wasn’t as bad as that I feel Plus a old cottage from 1880 will have a slight dampness in this age
Thank you for sharing your feedback.

TrustpilotA very professional service
We engaged DM Hall to create a Home Report, in order to sell our house. The surveyor called at precisely the time they had arranged and the survey was carried out in about an hour, including a chat with us. The draft copy of the survey came back to us the same afternoon, which was fantastic and helped us to sell our house within 24 hours! We had one tiny detail which we had to ask, to be amended, but it was very professionally handled from start to finish.
Thank you for sharing this review with the team in Galashiels. We appreciate the feedback and thank you for choosing DM Hall.
