GoogleWe ultimately went with another agency, but Burgh was phenomenal. Ali Scott met us at a property and took the time to answer all of our questions (which were extensive, because we had just moved to Edinburgh from overseas and it was our very first viewing). Highly recommend!

Steven Mc Gibbon at Clyde has been absolutely praiseworthy, outstanding and friendly. He made us feel at home away from home. I would highly recommend Clyde Property to anyone looking to rent a home. GoogleI've rented a property via Burgh for the last 2 years, 8 months. Any issues - from local residents' association fees needing paid, to a leaky velux following a torrential thunderstorm - they have been responsive throughout. But I've been particularly impressed and also thankful for the way in which they've dealt with me in the past few months - John Rutherford most especially - through a difficult time of being notified that the owner of my property wanted to move back in, and therefore I was being served notice. John notified me via phone rather than drop me an email. They then gave me a heads up before the official court documentation landed, actively sought to notify me of other suitable properties and have generally made the stressful process of moving home much less so. Professional and caring is a fabulous combination. Would recommend to any future tenants and landlords.

GoogleSwitched to Clyde after a disastrous failed sale experience with a one stop shop outfit. Like moving from the very worst budget airline to business class. Looked after. So important when I hadn't sold a property for over 30 years and knew nothing. Agents came to see the place so that they could better inform potential buyers. Took keys in case I couldn't be home to show viewers round. Phoned me just about every day to keep me updated. Have a lovely welcoming office which I visited whenever I wanted to - in tears the first time. Handled the ghastly sale haggling with great skill. Selling my most valuable asset in a plunging market was never going to be stress free but Clyde pretty much stopped the night terrors and daytime lapses in concentration. Was able to hand everything over to them and feel confident that they would get me out of a bad situation. A very happy customer.

GoogleClyde property has been so helpful. I used Clyde property services to let my flat out and they created the add on their page as well as rightmove. Very professional add withvery professional pictures taken. They also took care of the viewings on my behalf and carried out the appropriate refference checks. The add was taken down 1 hour later , this is how popular the add was, and it let 1 week later with all the inventory checks and the tenancy agreement being done by Clyde property. I am so grateful for this company has saved me lots of time and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Clyde property Edinburgh.

GoogleWhat I expected to be a very stressful process was completely taken out of my hands and dealt with so efficiently with very regular communication. We were selling a rented flat with a tenant still residing there. Stuart and Caroline in particular made sure that everything went smoothly. The tenant was dealt with respectfully and kept informed of developments. They organised all the viewings, I didn’t have to do a thing. I was very impressed, so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, thanks guys!

GoogleWe originally advertised our house through another "colourful" estate agents and with no offers in over 3 months (they were awful) we swapped to Clyde Property. It was like night and day the service we received. The marketing was swift and fantastic, communications were excellent. Within 2 weeks we had received 3 offers all over the asking price and home report. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Clyde for making a very stressful process all the more bearable.

GoogleI cannot rate the team at Clyde Property highly enough, they were focused on doing a great job from the start and the whole team work together to create a great outcome for both seller and buyer. From the first appraisal, to the creation of the brochure and website to the negotiating and helping me deal with viewings and closing date etc they were helpful, friendly, professional and honest. I simply won't ever use another estate agency again. (and for anyone concerned about not being on espc, that's really not important in 2019 as I have discovered - the other online sites get the same traffic). For a customer-centred approach which delivers, get in touch with Clyde!
