GoogleI live far away from Edinburgh so wanted to find a property company I could trust and who would know who I was when I phoned them. Burgh Property has been a perfect fit for me. As a landlord I appreciated the focus on finding really good tenants. Over the past 8 years I have used Burgh to tenant my flat four times and all the tenants were excellent. I do not hesitate to recommend Burgh Property.

Lucy kept me up to date with every step of the sale, and Hazel and the rest of the team assisted with marketing my property to ensure I got the best price possible. My flat sold in under a week and Burgh made the process quick and stress free with their excellent customer service and knowledge of the market. From the first interaction they were professional, helpful and attentive.

They took over management from a previous letting agency that had been quite poor, and the difference was immediately noticeable. From the outset, Burgh were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Our property manager, Gary, was outstanding, always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely considerate of our situation. When it came time to move out, he even took into account some ongoing issues we had faced with the former agency, despite us not having much written evidence. It was clear that the team at Burgh Property truly cares about their tenants and aims to be fair and understanding. We highly recommend Burgh Property and especially Gary. GoogleWe were with Burgh Property for a short time but we've genuinely never had a better property manager as a tenant. Gary was so kind, fixed so many issues that the previous agency never got around to fixing && we are so lucky to have been transferred over to Burgh during our tenancy. They go above and beyond with fixing things so we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in for us and any issues we were facing.

We barely had any vacant periods, they always found good, reliable, grown up tenants, and they dealt with them and us fairly and evenly. They were across everything, and looked after us. Stuart, Lucy & Hazel are an excellent team from booking the valuation with Hazel, Stuart's visit to the property and Lucy's negotiation I could find no fault. The level of communication & feedback from Lucy after every viewing was prompt & informative and she was always on hand to answer any questions. Stuart's help & guidance regarding the current market, realistic price we could achieve and knowledge of the area was again accurate and factual & he was always on hand for any queries. GoogleI just want to say that my experience with Clyde has been nothing short of absolutely incredible. My first time renting out my property and it couldn’t have been easier. Clyde took care of everything and answered every single question I had, took care and time to make sure I was kept in the loop about everything and made me feel like I was number one priority. Taylor was exceptional as my first point of contact as he was very professional, friendly, polite and informative and made me feel very confident about how smoothly the process would go. Hazel my property manager has been simply amazing by being super friendly and efficient, no waiting around for a response at all and handling my property in the best way I could have hoped for. Lucy and Heather have also been wonderful and every single person has helped in their own way. GoogleFrom the very first meeting I knew Clyde would be a good experience. I had contacted two other estate agents in Morningside Road who were amateurish at best. There was a constant flow of communication from Lucy and my flat sold in a very timely matter. Requests for meter readings were quickly processed and I would have no problem recommending Clyde to anyone looking to sell a property.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, extremely welcoming and their consistent and clear communication made the whole process easy and enjoyable. In particular Steven was really helpful and kept us stress free throughout. Overall Clyde are really approachable, easy to deal with and made what had been a stressful few months into an exciting move.

Burgh Property attended all viewings on my behalf, they kept me up to date with all viewing feedback and notes of interest which resulted in a closing date and a successful sale. GoogleI have attended lots of viewings recently but my viewing with Jenny really stood out. Firstly the property itself was very well-maintained and recently repainted ready for the next tenancy which was good to see, but also Jenny herself was knowledgeable of the area, the previous tenants, etc, which made me feel at ease. I found out that she had only just returned from time off and managed to arrange a viewing with me on the day. All in all I felt she was very competent and efficient, and the property was very well-managed.

GoogleThe team at Clyde Property have been refreshingly lovely in helping us find, secure and move into a rental house between house moves. In particular Taylor Anderson is absolutely outstanding in his customer service; unfailingly helpful, friendly, interested - nothing is too much bother to him. A previous company we dealt with was no way near as good, so using Clyde Property was a real pleasure and made everything much less stressful. 100% recommended!
